The 9th annual Defensemen Only Lacrosse Camp is the original specialized teaching camp for close defensemen (ages 10-18) and the midfield defensive players. The first of its kind the Defensemen Only Camp has an intense learning atmosphere. College coaches, known for their exceptional and nationally ranked defensive teams, will lead this camp, interacting and teaching the campers.

The DOC is innovative in its position specific instruction. Defensemen will work with college coaches focusing on skills such as footwork, stick positioning, checks and stick work. Instruction is highlighted in drills by defensemen competing against college attackmen and midfielders in morning and afternoon sessions.

The evening sessions offer the unique opportunity to work against campers from the Shooting Skills Academy held concurrently with both sessions of camp.

The DOC will offer two sessions this summer, the first hosted by NCAA DII Limestone College on June 20th - 23rd and the second hosted by NCAA DIII Washington & Lee University on July 22nd-25th. This is an outstanding opportunity for defensemen of all ages and skill levels to improve and challenge themselves against current top level attackmen and midfielders. Individual registration is now available by printing the camp’s brochure and sending the application, with the required deposit of $200.00. The balance of tuition will be due prior to the camp’s registration.

Goalie Boot Camp

The Goalie Boot Camp is for the goalie that wants to learn more about his position. With a top-notch staff of All-American goalies and college shooters the Goalie Academy will instruct on facets of goalie play including, clearing/riding , communication, stepping, positioning, screens, angles, ball behind, bounce shots, 1v 1’s, rules, mental toughness, and stick care.

The Goalie Academy will be hosted by NCAA DII Limestone College, located in Gaffney, SC on June 20th - 23rd and the second hosted by NCAA DIII Washington & Lee University on July 22nd-25th. This is an outstanding opportunity for goalies of all ages and skill levels to improve and challenge themselves through top instruction, skill development drills and facing shooters.

Shooting Skills Academy

This unique camp offers advanced instruction in the fundamentals of shooting. Instruction focuses on proper shooting mechanics, shooting on the run, setting up your shot in all areas and shooting accuracy. The morning and afternoon sessions are dedicated to the development and mastery of shooting. Each camper will shoot the ball an average of 200 times a day.
